New Years Resolutions

Because writing it down proves more effective than having it mill about my head:

- Lose weight
I realise that everyone say this, but I’ve always been larger and this year I’m determined to reach my goal weight for summer of 45kg through healthy eating and a recommended gym programme.

- Tone up arms and stomach 
Whilst losing weight. This is more of a focus as summer approaches though.

- Cut out junk food and chocolate from diet
So as not to kill any gym efforts. I LOVE food and have been gradually improving my diet over the past 3 years. Hopefully this year will be another step in the healthy direction and I’ll kill those chocolate/pizza binges.

- Go with the flow and be happy
I tend to overplan and restrict myself/ set too high standards for myself. I’ve got to teach myself to relax more and socialise more often!

- GO TO PARIS
It was on my to-do list last year but I sadly never reached it. Even if I go by myself on whim this year, I will do it!
